ClearChoiceTM Installation Services provide the experience needed to install just about every type of audio and video equipment from a host of manufacturers. Our skilled technicians assemble the required components, mount displays, and build equipment racks. When required we even fabricate systems in-house to speed up onsite installation.

The next step is to program and pre-test the equipment and control surfaces before arriving on-site. Once at your customer's location, we focus our time on professional installation practices including structured cabling and component assembly. Finally, a quality assurance run-through ensures everything is perfect and ready to go.

ClearChoiceTM Support offers affordable service-level agreements for a wide range of audio and visual solutions, allowing your company to create a national presence. We offer a variety of programs that are customized to provide you the best solution for your needs. We often brand under a private label agreement.

Services can be consumed ad-hoc or through a variety of maintenance contracts, and even provide emergency response, often in as little as 2 hours. Additional services can include replacement parts as well as labor, and preventative maintenance programs to keep your customer's systems tuned and running at peak efficiency.

From straight-forward to those requiring the most complex and challenging solutions, we work in partnership with you to design and then document the completed project. ClearChoiceTM Help Desk provides a 24/7 service desk with the talent, knowledge, and experience to assist your customers with any audio and visual-related issues. Their on-going training, along with access to the latest knowledge and tools, allows them to resolve issues rapidly and accurately. We can even help with off-the-shelf software and common devices, as well as support for custom implementations.

Our services include first-call, after-hours, or overflow from your help desk. Once engaged, we troubleshoot your customer's needs remotely. Most requests are resolved with a single phone call.

When the nature of the problem requires on-site resolution, response times (typically, next business day) are based on individual markets.

ClearChoiceTM Site Survey allows you to gather the right intelligence for any size project. Through a site survey, we will help your team make better-informed decisions; from design thru execution, reducing the likelihood that costly errors are made that can endanger a project. 

Our engineers use a standardized (or provided) survey form, to gather the correct details, take photos, help evaluate the findings, and then perform the appropriate knowledge transfer to your project team.

We manage the entire project through multiple phases, or work with you on only those portions as required.
